Refunds & Returns
All personalised orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. This is because personalised orders have been custom made and the materials already used and therefore we would not be able to resell.
You can return non-personalised orders within 14 working days. The goods must be returned in in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you.
When we receive the goods we will then authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only.
The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us.
We strongly advise that you insure anything you are sending back to us and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
Please contact us should you need to return something so we can provide you with the returns details.
We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
